The Look - Shipping & Delivery Experience
At The Look, every order is more than a delivery-it’s an experience. From checkout to arrival, we take pride in ensuring your pieces reach you with care, efficiency, and style.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST will begin processing the next business day
- During new drops, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5 business days
- Each order is carefully prepared to ensure it meets The Look standard before it leaves our hands.
Shipping Options
We currently ship within the United States with the following options:
- Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Delivery: 2-3 business days
- Express Delivery: 1-2 business days (available at customer’s expense)
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary slightly due to carrier operations.
Shipping Investment
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery speed.
- All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Delivery Details
To ensure a seamless delivery experience:
- Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address
- Include all apartment, suite, or unit details
- The Look is not responsible for delays or misdeliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
If a package is returned to us:
- Reshipping fees will apply before the order is sent again
Tracking Your Look
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking confirmation via email.
- Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Delivery Responsibility
Once a package is marked as delivered, it is considered fulfilled.
The Look is not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages
- Delivery delays caused by carriers
- If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.

Returns & Shipping Alignment
We want you to love your look. If something isn’t quite right:
- Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery
- Unworn
- In new condition
- Free of fragrance (perfume, detergent, etc.)
- Smoke-free
- Free of marks, stains, or damage
- Any item not meeting these standards will not be accepted.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Split Shipments
- To get your items to you faster, some orders may ship separately.
Shipping Limitations
Currently shipping within the United States only We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
- Order Changes
- Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase only.
- Once your order enters processing, it is final.
